They are extremely slow. Why does a simple oil change and tire rotation take 5 hours? And they didn't run my car through the wash, which I thought they did for every service. Plus, I don't think they actuall tire rotation take 5 hours? And they didn't run my car through the wash, which I thought they did for every service.
