I went to the dealership last Saturday at 1:00pm and sat in my car 20 minutes before someone came to assist me. I was told they could not change my oil because of limited staffing. The service rep then proc in my car 20 minutes before someone came to assist me. I was told they could not change my oil because of limited staffing. The service rep then proceeded to tell me that someone weould call me within the hour to schedule me an appointment and that never happened. I called the following Monday to speak with the Service Manager and he apologized and gave me an appointment for Tuesday at 2:00pm. I arrived on time and spoke with Brett. He looked in his computer and said"What is your name" I told him. He immediately told me, "We don't have an appointment for you". I then asked for the Service Mgr. He said I'll take care of it. He implied that I was luing when I told him I had a 2:00pm appointment for a complementary oil change. I had been waiting and he took an older white man before me after I told him I was first. That is not right or fair. Nissan should not condone acts of racism. It should not have taken al.ost 4hrs to get my car serviced. I'm disappointed More
It was easy to make my appointment. I was able to be seen quickly. I was greeted when arrived. I was told everything that would be completed during my visit. Fast service. The customer service was exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They fixed my airbags but my window no longer goes up automatically.
