Drive past 2 Nissan Dealerships to get to this one! I have been coming to the Newnan Nissan Dealership for 3 years! I drive 1.5 hours to get to Nissan of Newnan for their great service and knowledgeable I have been coming to the Newnan Nissan Dealership for 3 years! I drive 1.5 hours to get to Nissan of Newnan for their great service and knowledgeable advisors. Even though there is a Nissan dealership in the city where I live; I choose to make the drive due to the level of service they provide. Plus, the team at Nissan of Newnan don't wear blazers with crests on them that make them look like they are part of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (as the dealership does in my city). Nothing wrong with that whole "Harry Potter uniform tie look", but it always made me feel like I was in an old Century 21 advertisement when I went there. Plus they scratched my truck during the detailing process 2 hours after I signed my papers to purchase it and then played as if they had amnesia about it. I hold grudges; thus I would recommend Nissan of Newnan to everyone!! Plus, the movie theater is awesome! I have people at my office who drive BMWs who want to tag along with me when I take my truck to get serviced in Newnan because they want to see this place. I tell my Admin Assistant its "Movie Day" and she knows I am heading to Nissan of Newnan. I have almost always dealt with Tripp Harver as my Nissan advisor. Tripp is very professional and does inform me of any specials they are running. I try to always choose him when I come in for express service. They completed my tire rotation and oil change in record timing during my last visit. More

Fine service, but takes longer than promised every time The service provided is fine but it always takes longer than promised every time I come here. They told me an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minute The service provided is fine but it always takes longer than promised every time I come here. They told me an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. It took maybe 2 hours and 15 minutes and nobody told me anything along the way. I had to keep checking up on the status. And it turns out it took longer because they changed the oil without asking me. Granted, it’s on a maintenance plan, but I wasn’t even told until I left the oil was being done. I would just like to be more informed when I sit for awhile longer than expected. More
