Great service, a little slow I am very pleased with the service I receive from Tripp & Newnan Nissan. We don't live in Newnan so it's a little inconvenient but I trust the work th I am very pleased with the service I receive from Tripp & Newnan Nissan. We don't live in Newnan so it's a little inconvenient but I trust the work they do. Making an appointment is easy, they are always friendly and again I trust them. My only complaint is it takes WAY to long even with an appointment. I was there for over 3 hours for an oil change. But I would still recommend the service department. More

Why make an appointment The customer service is slacking. Maybe it is due to the holidays. I had an appointment to have the oil changed, tires rotated and wiper blades repl The customer service is slacking. Maybe it is due to the holidays. I had an appointment to have the oil changed, tires rotated and wiper blades replaced. One hour and 45 minutes later, I expressed my concern and asked the advisor to not wash or vacuum the car. 5 minutes later the services had been completed. Got ready to pay for the service, that is when I was told my battery was leaking acid and needed to be replaced, along with other service that the technician recommends. Asked why it took so long. The explanation given was a brake recall. Again this is something that should have been communicated early. Auto Zone replaced my battery that was not leaking acid, but just had corrosion on the post. More

Melissa was very nice This is not to bash anyone. I had my infinity serviced so i could test drive either a rogue or murano that I intended to buy for my daughter. I called ahead and prepped them and I went down and spoke to a salesman to confirm and coordinate this. They asked me to get there early so I arrived at 6:30 and waited, at 7 I was told they could not provide me a vehicle to test drive. They also washed the car which was great but would have been better if the window was up. RE: My service - Melissa was very nice and cooperative. It seems the oil change was fine, The service center I would recommend but the service center but disappointed in not getting to try the vehicle my daughter wanted. More
