Tripp is really great! He has the patience and knowledge to take him really far in servicing others. The wait time seems to get longer and longer each time I come in though. I’m not sure what’s causing it. I think there is a lapse in time from the vehicle exiting the shop and back through the garage, the new text service, and notifying the customer. I saw my car out of the shop and an hour and a half passed before I mustered up the courage to ask Tripp what the status was, simultaneously getting a text message from the service department. My appointment was at 9am and I didn’t leave until 11:30ish. I’m not upset or complaining by any means. Just an observation in recent change of experience from prior years. You guys are great! And you are the busiest I’ve ever seen! Congrats! More
Unfortunately my experience with service was not great as I went in for routine maintenance and came out overcharged. The service advisor never came to speak to me in regards to additional items that were re I went in for routine maintenance and came out overcharged. The service advisor never came to speak to me in regards to additional items that were recommended until I just happened to go out to check the status of my car. Then he provided the recommendations which of course should have been brought to my attention before my vehicle was completed. Needless to say, after an hour I was asked would I like to have the tires rotated etc which of course was another 30 to 45 minutes. Needless to say even with an appointment for an oil change, 2.5 hours were gone. I got that done and went to pay and the service advisor charges me incorrectly which was $862 and some change which of course was completely wrong, however as we all know it's easy to take your money and very hard and a HUGE inconvenience to get back. He apologized but now I'm inconvenienced without $862 for a $65 service which he didn't even bother to take from the amount he'd already charged but instead figured he'd just swipe my card again. He assured me that the charged was voided and would go right back into my account, which it was not and he didn't bother to give me a copy of the voided receipt. I used to really like this dealership as the customer service uses to be exceptional which is why I drove out of the way but it most definitely has not been great with our latest visits. More
