Excellent service. However, after getting nitrogen in my tires I noticed that my vehicle was pulling very hard to the right of the road. I returned the vehicle and immediately the tire pressure was adjuste tires I noticed that my vehicle was pulling very hard to the right of the road. I dropped my car off and was shuttled a mile away to shop instead of waiting. They sent an email stating mote service was recommended and to text yes to obtain the service. I called so I could obtain mote in instead of waiting. They sent an email stating mote service was recommended and to text yes to obtain the service. I called so I could obtain mote information. They took a message. I waited for 30 mi utes and called back. I talked to someone and declined the service and requested for the shuttle to pick me up. They shuttle never came. After 30 minutes I called back and they stated they would send someone else to get me, then my service manager , Trip called back and stated that I would have to continue to wait. They did eventually come get me. When I got there they informed me that they only changed my oil and did not rotate my tires even though that is covered in the service plan I purchased with the car. I do not plan to use this Nissan dealership again. We are in the market to purchase another car but are looking at Toyota instead since their service department in Newnan is very friendly. More
I brought my 2014 Maximum in because of a engine warning light on. (Had an appointment for 8:15am 3 days in advance) was told that I should know what is wrong with it within two hours, that they would call light on. I had to drive there in another car to even find out. Told me that it has something to do with the air fuel ratio sensor but will definitely know in another hour. After another 4 hours (7 hours now in total) still nothing and still after calling I never get with the rep. Since they are again "busy on the phone." So I go there again. It's now 3:30pm ish. They tell me that my car was taken out of the shop que since the tech was "trying something." I still haven't even given them the go ahead to do anything because they haven't even told me what is fully wrong with it and tell me that they need to hold it longer to find out what is wrong. So I tell the Rep. that I want my car back and want to talk to a Manager. Manager asks a few questions then goes to get my car. He comes back 5minutes later and tells me that a sensor is broken and needs to be replaced. Not 7 minutes ago the Rep told me that they didn't know what was wrong. So I'm already being lied to... Manger tells me he will not charge me for labor only part cost. I tell him no, (because of the lying and no communication on their part.) BEST PART: I bring it to a repair shop next day and within 3 hours they tell me same thing and also that they have to re-tap the hole because the last person that took the old sensor out cross threaded it... THANKS NISSAN! Not the first time I have had a problem... Last time was when I had to call for a Manager to tell me why it was taking a simple oil change over 4 hours to be done with an appointment... DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. Horrible customer care, they lie to you and break components on your car... More
Very polite, attentive and efficient service operation and staff. Only issue (and clearly one not in their control) being cost of parts (30-40% above "market'', even OEM) and time (another 30%+). But those premiums are oftentimes WELL worth the price, "To get it done right the first time". If you have to guess if that's your case, e.g. - Not exactly sure what's going on? Best go to Nissan of Newnan, they will indeed "make it right" for you --- at a cost not out of line for any dealership/service department...AND they're good! -C More
