Bad experiece, less than truthfull Went in for a standard oil change and the service advisor Eric Tate "9838" informed me I needed some fluids flushed out & replaced. He stated the c Went in for a standard oil change and the service advisor Eric Tate "9838" informed me I needed some fluids flushed out & replaced. He stated the cost of the service was 692 dollars and I signed the paperwork. While paying for the service he informed me the total charges was now 831 dollars. I asked him what happened to 692 and he told me taxes. Reviewing the bill at home I cannot believe I was charged the full rate for every service. That was my mistake because this has happened to me before. The labor charge for my two hour visit was 496 dollars. Do your techs make 248 dollars per hour? You do not need to explain this to me as I know what the answer is. Again my mistake as I like to get everything done at once. The difference in the paperwork I signed and the total charge is 139 dollars which Mr. Tate stated was taxes. The final invoice shows the taxes to be $21.49. Inexcusable and less than truthfull. I will not let one bad experience soil the reputation of your service department. My next visit I will seek out Tripp and/or Melissa as I have had nothing but good honest serive from them. Someone may want to have a chat with Mr. Tate. More
