Seat adjust panel Dissatisfied. Seat adjust panel came loose - apparently one of the attachments was broken. However it took the service tech three (3) hours to diagn Dissatisfied. Seat adjust panel came loose - apparently one of the attachments was broken. However it took the service tech three (3) hours to diagnose the problem - this seems t be a very extreme amount of time. An then to find out that it would not be covered by my 84 month/100,000 warranty was a shook; it is my belief that the part is not/was not designed to last under normal operating conditions. More
