My husband took his car for service. Very clean shop, Josh, the service advisor was very nice and helpful and Eddy, the mechanic pleasant as well. .I have to be 100% Honest Tripp Harper is AMAZINING! He goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with Nissan of Newnan's work. There have been a couple of times where there were a miscommunicatio goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with Nissan of Newnan's work. There have been a couple of times where there were a miscommunication around pricing, but yet again Tripp made sure that they honored their word as a company. I went to drop off my car to be serviced to save time and not have to wait for it. However in between dropping off and picking up it took me about an hour as I had to wait for people to wait on me. There were service people that had no customers and were on the phone, however after they got off they could have acknowledged me. However they did not. More
Overall experience was excellent. Had work done at an Indy shop which proved to be a huge mistake as it took a year to fix the mistake they made "repairing" my car. Nissan of Newnan came through to help Indy shop which proved to be a huge mistake as it took a year to fix the mistake they made "repairing" my car. I cannot thank Josh(my service advise), Eddie(the master tech) and Lateshia(Rental department) enough for making a VERY stressful situation much more pleasant. More

Stopped in because car would not start in nearby parking lot. Nothing was found the first day but I left it overnight so it could be checked cold. Still no problem was detected despite numerous checks. I was quoted $99 for analysis which I thought was fair but but Tripp decided that because no issues were found that there would be NO CHARGE. Great customer service! Definitely will be back for all service needs. More
