Overall experience was excellent. Had work done at an Indy shop which proved to be a huge mistake as it took a year to fix the mistake they made "repairing" my car. Nissan of Newnan came through to help Indy shop which proved to be a huge mistake as it took a year to fix the mistake they made "repairing" my car. Stopped in because car would not start in nearby parking lot. Nothing was found the first day but I left it overnight so it could be checked cold. Still no problem was detected despite numerous checks. I was quoted $99 for analysis which I thought was fair but but Tripp decided that because no issues were found that there would be NO CHARGE. Great customer service! Definitely will be back for all service needs. More
