Took my 2015 Rogue in for AC diagnostic. It wasn’t working the day before, but worked in the day I went in. Tripp, my service advisor said it would take a while to see if they could replicate the pro working the day before, but worked in the day I went in. Tripp, my service advisor said it would take a while to see if they could replicate the problem in order to know exactly what was causing it. After topping off the Freon and lubricating things, I brought it back home. Tripp and I discussed all the options, and if it ever does it again, I’ll go straight away to the dealership. I felt better about what to do after we talked. Tripp treats me and my car very well, and I trust him. More

I was there for oil change, tire rotation, and service for my ac. My AC is not cooling as well after service. It don't feel like new freon was added. I will be bringing my car back in the morning.
