2 1/2 hours to change oil & rotate tires with an appointment After 2 hours I inquired about the progress. After checking out, the advisor tells me I need my cabin filter and engine filter replaced. So much for asking me if I wanted these services while my car was back in the shop (They had already pulled the car around) A trip to AutoZone and $16 later, I replaced an engine filter that Nissan was going to charge $39.99. This service experience was the worst ever out of all the times I’ve come to this dealership. My service advisor was no where to be found and the other service advisor showed no interest in cashing me out an times I’ve come to this dealership. My service advisor was no where to be found and the other service advisor showed no interest in cashing me out and allowing me to pick up my vehicle. I stood waiting for about 6 minutes before i finally asked one of the other people to cash me out so I could return to work. More
