It was the worst service experience in 5 years that I have been going to Nissan with my pathfinder. I had a 10:00am appointment and my car did not go back to the shop until 11:00am. I then waited for my have been going to Nissan with my pathfinder. I had a 10:00am appointment and my car did not go back to the shop until 11:00am. I then waited for my advisor to let me know it was complete but I had to ask and get his attention so I could get out of Nissan after waiting for 2 hours for an oil and filter check. My tires were to be rotated too but they were not rotated. It was very irritating because I was then late to pick up my kids. More

Multiple bad experiences with the service department. They try to scam you and make you pay double for the work that’s done on your vehicle. Trip called me Saturday to tell me it was ready to go. I called him back Saturday with no luck of getting a hold of him. I called him back and spoke to him Monday morning, he informed me it was ready to go, then later Seth called me, I did not answer, I just went to the dealership to get my truck. Seth then tried to scam me by telling me it was going to be $600-700 to get my truck back. They tried to tell me that my bumper to bumper 100K warranty on my truck didn’t cover certain parts. After I already got a call that said my truck was done. So I told them I wanted my truck back. Seth continued to tell me it was taken apart and I couldn’t get it until the next day. They truck was in the back of the parking lot ready to go. They wanted me to pay an additional $600-700 for my truck. I refused service and took my truck that day. They tried to charge me a service fee on a warranty repair. I did not pay and took my truck back. I will never own another Nissan again, this is after I already had 3 Nissan Titans in the past. More

Person at counter for work orders & payment was polite. Tech that actually did the oil change was efficient & clean. Unsure what the other 7 were for...too many people standing around my car talking about Tech that actually did the oil change was efficient & clean. No protective covering was put in my car when TWO different techs drove it. No communication was offered to me about my car...so why so much discussion among eight techs would be necessary confused me. Service this time was just "ok'.
