Full price just isn't enough for these thieves I stopped by this dealership to purchase some parts on Tuesday, 15 March 2016. I provided my own part number and I knew the suggested retail price of I stopped by this dealership to purchase some parts on Tuesday, 15 March 2016. I provided my own part number and I knew the suggested retail price of the part that I needed (brake pedal stop light switch bumper grommet, P/N 46512-H0101) so I thought that I was prepared to get my part and head home. When I approached the parts counter I gave the part number to the young gentleman (whom I recognized from the local Autozone) and he retrieved my part. When he came back with the price my jaw nearly hit the floor. The suggested full retail price of this part was $5.79. The price that Nissan of Newnan charges for this part is $12.xx. That is some seriously high mark-up percentage wise. I was hoping for a price a bit better than retail but was prepared to pay retail if need be. There was no way I'd pay 120% over retail. This is not an isolated incident either. Their price on routine maintenance items such as oil and air filters is also grossly overinflated. Because of these pricing tactics in the parts department I can only say 'buyer beware' when dealing with them on issues that involve much greater depth of knowledge such as the actual vehicle purchase. I'd like to have a local dealership to buy my parts and possibly buy a new vehicle from but this place is embarrassingly arrogant when it comes to what they think people are going to pay. More

Poor customer service The service department has failed miserably. Neglectful technicians that need to have more training before this department should be called exceptional. Maintenance inspections at time of service are done incorrectly and carelessly. Have tried several times to speak with GM regarding this matter without any response. We purchased two cars from this dealership when they first opened. These will be the last two EVER purchased based on the level of customer care that we have received. More
