This is the second time I had brought the vehicle in for the same repairs: windshield leaking, seat belt that grabs and won’t let go, and speaker crackling. Nothing has been fixed either time. The first time they said they couldn’t find any of the problems. I showed them to Seth, which I would have been happy to do at any time. He said they could work on them if I came back. The second time there was a question as to what was under warranty. I sent over the extended warranty docs and a seat belt part was put on order. I was told to take a better video of the windshield leak. The one I provided wasn’t good enough. (I was never told about needing any additional warranty paperwork until I came back to check on the car after 3 hours on the second trip.) I now have a third appointment. This is really frustrating as it takes half a day each time and nothing has been fixed yet. More

Tripp took real good care of me for my recall on ABS system. I had been in for routine service when Tripp set up appt to take care of recall, prepared me for length of time that it would take and he wa system. This is my favorite dealership. But yesterday they dropped the ball. I was very upset!!! Don't mess up guys! The customer service was horrible.
