Arrived at 9:09 AM, our appointment was for 9:30 AM. Checked out at 11:50 AM. Car was out in the rain, not driven into the shelter. I had been in for routine service when Tripp set up appt to take care of recall, prepared me for length of time that it would take and he wa system. This is my favorite dealership. But yesterday they dropped the ball. I was very upset!!! Don't mess up guys! The customer service was horrible.
