Another Wonderful Visit Had another wonderful, service visit with Nissan of Newnan. Karen Pritchard was great as always. I was planning a drive to Orlando so I thought it wou Had another wonderful, service visit with Nissan of Newnan. Karen Pritchard was great as always. I was planning a drive to Orlando so I thought it would be a good idea to get the car checked. Karen made sure to check my service history so as not to over charge for repairs I recently completed. The service team noticed I needed back break pads which they repaired at a reasonable cost. I slept comfortably in the movie theater while my car was completed. When done, Karen even found an additional rebate she gladly added to my final cost! It's funny, I use to be one of those drivers that avoided the dealership like the plague. The prices were too high and the wait times were crazy. Now, I won't take my car to any other professional other than Nissan of Newnan. Not only are the cost fair, but they insure each repair so if there is ever an issue they will correct with little to no additional cost. Thanks to Nissan of Newnan and Karen Pritchard, my family and I are safely headed to Orlando to enjoy surf and sun for spring break! More

Kudos to Karen but thumbs down for initial brake tech that worked on my problem, after waiting for a few hours we were told the car was ready. As soon as we got into truck to leave we and Karen P again heard same noise we came into shop for. She immediately ran to get the tech but he had left. She was so upset but found another tech who took care of the problem after waiting more than an hour. i heard that two techs had suggested to the initial tech who was trying to do the work that the rotor problem appeared to be on the front brake and not the back one but he chose to ignore them. I feel that initial tech needs to be demoted and the tech who repaired the problem needs to be promoted. As for Karen P she is a great service manager and tried to right a wrong. More
