Broken driver door handle My incident occurred after work on Friday and I called Nissan Service immediately to see about fixing my interior driver's door handle which broke and My incident occurred after work on Friday and I called Nissan Service immediately to see about fixing my interior driver's door handle which broke and just wiggled around. I spoke with Karen and she went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. She found the part, gave the service hours and hours she would be there to personally assist me. I took my vehicle in Saturday morning and Karen got the work done, car washed and vacuumed and I was out of there in 2 hours. I enjoyed the waiting area while the work was being done. It was a great experience and I believe Karen is excellent at her work! More

Tripp Harper along with the technicians and intake staff did an excellent job of taking care of all my needs, including checking and adjusting a reset Tripp Harper along with the technicians and intake staff did an excellent job of taking care of all my needs, including checking and adjusting a reset feature for oil change alerts after servicing, and fixing a minor towing hitch mechanism that was problematic. They caught and fixed a problem with a pin in only a few minutes, after a technician at the trailer rental shop could not find in a full hour. They are outstanding, each and every one of them! So glad I made the choice to purchase from them and only used them for servicing. More
