Exceptional Service I took my 2018 Murano in for the first scheduled oil change and service inspection. I was amazed at how quickly they had me in and out. I also really appreciate how customer friendly the dealership is. They have all kind of amenities to occupy the customer while they wait from coffee, tea, refreshing drinks and water, a movie theater, a lounge with TV, etc. However, the very best amenity is the expert service in a short amount of time, do that I didnt have to wait very long! Great customer service just to many problems with 06 titan I hope you got all the bugs worked out of the new Titans because I've got a 2006 Titan and I've had to replace the transmission the rear end fuel pump I hope you got all the bugs worked out of the new Titans because I've got a 2006 Titan and I've had to replace the transmission the rear end fuel pump rack and pinion steering tie rod ends the horn don't work cruise control quit working and the radiator is what made the transmission go out and tighten still does not honor any kind of recall on a plastic radiator go figure why would you put it in there? But not only after you put it in there it makes the transmission go off that's nothing on the consumer but the $7,000 Bill we have to pay to have it fixed that's what it cost me not to mention I put rotors on there that are too small you have to buy aftermarket rotors cuz the front rotors heat up really fast because they're too small for the truck my brother has a 2005 Nissan Titan same thing with the rotors and radiator More

Good but could have been a little better. The service writer was very nice. She even offered a free wash and vacuum. The airbags were replaced in a timely manner. When I commented on that, she got someone to vacuum, but they only did the front. The airbags were replaced but the dash near the windshield was buckeled up. I did not notice it until after I left. Fortunately my husband is a retired mechanic and he says he can get it back down in place so we won't have to take the car back over there. More
Overall positive experience My Pathfinder was having some minor electrical issues (interior lighting, HomeLink garage remote, radio presets, etc.). I called Nissan of Newnan and My Pathfinder was having some minor electrical issues (interior lighting, HomeLink garage remote, radio presets, etc.). I called Nissan of Newnan and was able to get an appointment the next day to bring it in for service. I had given all the necessary information over the phone for them to set me and my car up in their computer system, so it was a little frustrating that upon arrival that information didn't seem to make it from the appointment desk to the service manager's terminal, but within a few minutes the service manager manually entered it in. They kindly provided me a ride from the shop back to my house, and called within 2 hours with news that my car was ready. They then sent a shuttle out to my house to pick me up and bring me back to the shop, which I thought was great. They had diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse, and it was repaired under warranty, with one caveat: upon getting the car home, I noticed that the driver side door light was still not working. Upon further inspection I noticed that one of the clips that hold the light to the door panel was damaged (this happened prior to taking it in for repair, but was not readily apparent, as the other two clips loosely held the lamp assembly in place). The previously day, my wife said that she had noticed the door light dangling by its wires, and had attempted to snap it back in place, but I believe what actually happened was that it fell back out and got partially crushed between the door and car body, creating a short which resulted in the blown fuse. Seeing that the lamp assembly needed to be replaced, I drove back to Nissan of Newnan, explained the situation, and they promptly installed a new lamp assembly. It's a mystery as to how the lamp assembly got a broken tab on it in the first place, which is what caused it to fall out and get damaged, as we have had no work done on the vehicle which would have required removing the light assembly. But they still replaced it under warranty, and within a few minutes of me returning to the dealership. Even with the extra trip back to the dealership, I would rate it as a positive experience, for the ability to get an appointment quickly, the shuttle to and from my house, and the quick repair turnaround. They seemed to want everything to be right, and I appreciate that. They even washed and vacuumed the car, which was a nice touch. More

Wonderful as usual! I bought our Nissan NV3500 in 2015 and have only had two things happen to it since that time. a pin in the trailer hitch was bent and a nail in the t I bought our Nissan NV3500 in 2015 and have only had two things happen to it since that time. a pin in the trailer hitch was bent and a nail in the tire, which was what this service trip was for. Mind you I had driven the van about 100 miles with the nail in it, and it never stopped. That included the 45 minute drive to Newnan Nissan to find out why the tire pressure light was still on, after putting air in the tires. So many things about this are odd! 62,000 miles, on the same set of tires; tires that won'd go flat (thankfully) and let you drive 100 miles on what would normally be a flat tire I would think, and a team that figured it out and fixed it quickly. I have never taken the vehicle anywhere else, and probably never will, barring an emergency. Also, whenever I go, I always look for Tripp or Karen, who have taken such good care of me over the years, not that I would not expect that from everyone who works in the service department. You can't go wrong with Newnan Nissan! More

Once I got signed in it went very well. They did a quick and very good job. Prices are a little high but the work is good. More
