WORSE car buying experience EVER - POOR customer service F-! WOW, where do I begin?!? My last two car purchases were in the Atlanta area and there were absolutely no issues with those purchases from the other d WOW, where do I begin?!? My last two car purchases were in the Atlanta area and there were absolutely no issues with those purchases from the other dealerships, especially being that I am an out-of-state buyer. ALM Newnan however was an absolute nightmare. Three weeks ago, I inquired by phone about a Honda Pilot they had advertised online. After confirming the Carfax report and communicating with both Michelle and Keith, I made an offer. Keith and his manager Wayne came back with a counter-offer and I accepted. They emailed me a purchase order on 9/21/16 and I got a loan check ready from my credit union. I was planning to come up to inspect and test drive the vehicle that weekend but I got a call from Keith telling me hold off coming up. He informed me of inspection issues with the vehicle and problems removing the wheels. He also informed me the vehicle would not be on the market since we have a purchase order agreement and until the issues were taken cared of. Well TWO WEEKS go by and I finally get the information from Michelle that there were "other hidden" damages that had to be resolved. I tried asking to speak to the manager Wayne who wrote the purchase order to get more information about the damages but was instead hung up on the phone!! And now on 10/8/16 Keith calls me on the phone and tells me the vehicle was sold to another customer. Maybe no fault to Keith I don't know for sure but that was UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL, very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and extremely POOR COMMUNICATION at ALM Newnan. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Michelle, who handles internet inquires, contacted me promptly after I showed interest online about the vehicle. She made sure I had an appointment with the dealership at my convenience and confirmed with the me the day I purchased the SUV. Michelle made the sale with her courteous and exemplary customer service. Ramazhan, the front desk salesman, met me at the door and provided genuine help at the dealership's onsite location. He was very helpful and considerate, allowing for a fantastic experience that confirmed the deal. Ramazhan gave me his full attention throughout the experience. Due to his dedication to customer satisfaction and selling proven quality products, I am inclined to recommend ALM Newnan above any other dealership. More

After a slightly rocky start, Keith, Victor and Kevin went well beyond my expectations to make sure I was a satisfied customer and did everything within their power to get me the right car at an excellent price. The service manager Jeff, assisted a great deal in making sure any concerns I had we full addressed in a very quick manner and at no cost. These guys made this one of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a car and I will definitely be checking their dealership for my next vehicle.
