My experience at ALM Newnan was the best I've ever had when buying a car. I felt comfortable and everyone was very friendly without being pushy. Chris Clark, the salesman was very helpful, courteous and friendly and I would recommend him to my friends. I had spoken to him the day before I planned to come to the dealership. I was unable to make it to the dealership before 6:00 pm and he stayed late to help me. I had to wait a bit to speak with the finance manager and Chris kept me informed about the process. Matthew Burnsed, the finance manager was friendly and helpful, made me aware of options that were available to me but did not try to push me to purchase anything. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a car. More

It was a pleasure and an honor doing business with you. After taking deliver I drove the 650 miles plus home. My vehicle never missed a beat. Dishonest I purchased a vehicle from ALM Newman assuming that the options that were listed in their advertising with Auto Trader, Cars.com, and True Car were ac I purchased a vehicle from ALM Newman assuming that the options that were listed in their advertising with Auto Trader, Cars.com, and True Car were accurate and honest. After arriving home, my lady friend noted that their was not a navigation system in car, despite it being listed and verified by our salesman. I contacted the dealership with my complaint. They apologized for their mistake and offered compensation. The general manager indicated that they would compensate me by putting in a navigation system and we spilt the cost. I agreed to their offer. The general manager indicated he would contact within three days, and if not, to contact him. No calls from the dealership, and refused to call me back after several attempts. The dealership was dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I would never recommend this dealership, as their integrity means nothing. More
Not our fault but we paid the price! I had searched Cadillac's online for months until I was in the market to purchase. I had found one at another ALM location but it lack the sun/moon ro I had searched Cadillac's online for months until I was in the market to purchase. I had found one at another ALM location but it lack the sun/moon roof that the description stated it had. I found one with everything I was looking for at the Newnan location. Called to check if it was still available. Spoke with Sharlene because I live 2 hours away. She wanted me to fill out forms before I even touched the vehicle. We arrived I test drove the Cadillac CTS 2013. I was impressed. It drove good down the side street. I had a pre approval loan with another company. I let them run my credit to see if they could get a better interest rate. We waited for hours patiently because their Internet kept shutting down. Finally Darryl came over and asked if we could come back tomorrow on Saturday because of their Internet issues. He said " I'll fill up both cars with gas if we'd return the following day." Shook both our hands on this deal... We drove the 2 hours home and arrived after midnight. We came back Saturday with everything we needed to finish the deal. The person that brought me both days drives a Chevy Tahoe. After the purchase was made and all paper work signed. I was given two spare keys to my 2013 Cadillac!! No remote so I can only open my car on the driver side!!! I ask Sharlene about the remote she told me she would have to ask the big man when he comes back. Then Daryl first only told the sale person to put $15 in the Tahoe. So I went inside and said "Noone can fill their car up with $15". So he said $20 was all he could do. Six hours of driving a SUV for $20 in gas! It turned an happy occasion into an unhappy one because all we have is our word and when you go back or revert it makes you untrustworthy. Well Sharlene no longer works there. I left several messages with Darryl and Agnon. NOONE returned a call. ALM when you have customers signing paper that states "We will try to resolve issues with ALM before going through lawyers." Live up your end of the deal and return a call to the customer. If it's about a sale that's certainly what you got but I wouldn't recommend this company. More
Very disapointed in Service Dept I bought a high-end SUV from ALM and part of the transaction was a "WE OWE" agreement where four specific items would be corrected. After multiple efforts to try to get ALM to correct the major concern out of the four they are now not returning phone calls. ALM's Service Manager, Darryl Gower, was non-responsive as well as the GM, Andrew ?, who has yet to call me back. Unfortunately my only recourse is to take legal action due to ALM unwillingness to live up to their agreement. I would highly advise potential buyers to avoid all ALM dealerships, especially if Newnan is a model of how they handle their customers. More

I explained to multiple sales personnel AND the general manager that I was ready to write a check but wanted to be sure the car was on the lot before driving a few hours on a work day. I was assured not only the night before, but also the morning of that the car was on the lot and ready for purchase. WHEN I ARRIVED, THE CAR WAS NOT ON THE LOT AND THEY ATTEMPTED TO SELL ME ANOTHER CAR. I went ahead and purchased a car from another dealership that did not have the high miscellaneous/dealership fees. ALM NEWNAN IS APPARENTLY FULL OF LIARS. Anybody out there?? I have tried to purhace a car from this dealership for more than a week. I originally called the Kennesaw location. I couldn't understand the salesper I have tried to purhace a car from this dealership for more than a week. I originally called the Kennesaw location. I couldn't understand the salesperson so I requested to speak to someone else. I guess he is the only salesperson there because I never received a return call. I then decided to call the Newnan location. I did speak to a girl that was trying to help me but when we got down to some final numbers apparently the salesmanager couldn't be reached. This is my best guess because I waited for a return call from him for 2 days now. I'm not sure what happens to the young lady I was speaking with as she has apparently disappeared as well. If you can't teach anyone to buy a car can you imagine trying to reach them if there is a problem. More
