They may be good at getting you in a car, but your registration and tags is another level. They are absolutely horrible after you purchase a vehicle. We have been trying for over a week now to get tag registration and tags is another level. They are absolutely horrible after you purchase a vehicle. We have been trying for over a week now to get tags for the car and they have literally put us on hold for over an hour, hung up, taken phone number and never call back, etc. One finance manager even started to get information to help, but then stopped and was like oh I am not your person. That was last week. We were transferred to "corporate" told that our paperwork was sent to Texas to process and Texas still hasn't received our information. Corporate said the dealership can give extended tags, but they keep saying they can't and the magical person that I need to talk to has always just left even though we call all day. Just look at the Better Business Bureau I wish we had. More
