Save yourself the trouble After weeks of searching I finally found my dream car at Marietta luxury motors, or so I thought I called in and spoke to several different people. Could never really get a straight answer or pictures of the car Mercedes I saw advertised online. So last Saturday I decided to stop by to see if it really existed or not. I was met by Anish Patel who did t really listen to anything I said just kept promising to get me a great deal and a coupon code. Wait a minute is the car I want even here? After 45 minutes of standing around I was finally informed that the car was at some reconditioning center and no one knew when it might arrive. Why couldn't anyone tell me that before I drove 45 minutes? So why would you advertise this car for sale? Anish then tried to force me into some car that was no where close to what I wanted, promising me a great deal and some coupon. I asked to speak with the general manager who was way to busy to talk to me. All I can say is wow!! Take your money elsewhere! They advertise cars that don't exist then try to force you in something you don't want and the person who is suppose to be running the place is to busy to talk to the customers! Not what I expect from a luxury dealership!! Very disappointing! To top it off I was asked to leave a review rating my experience. So here ya go guys! Hope it helps someone not waste there time!! Very Poor Customer Service! I love the car that I purchased from Marietta Luxury Motors. However, I can't say the same about the service. Although my Sales Consultant was (Pablo I love the car that I purchased from Marietta Luxury Motors. However, I can't say the same about the service. Although my Sales Consultant was (Pablo Gomez)nice, the experience was horrible. After being told that I would get a deal that I couldn't refuse, that deal was not much of a deal! The practically brand new car came with only 1 key. I was told that I would get a secon key and two months later (and after speaking with the General Manager), no key and no return phone call! My seatbelt was also to be replaced. The service department is only open two days out of the week! I have emailed and called to get the seatbelt replaced with no success. I will NEVER go back and advised my parents not to when they were looking for a luxury vehicle to replaced! Just a bad place for great customer service! More

Reality was that it actually took five hours to drive away in the car I thought I would have waiting and ready.....it was very frustrating! More
