I would rate a zero if I could. They sold us a truck that was supposed to have a new motor in it but didn't. Then tried to tell us they never said that. Kelvin was great this is my 3rd purchase from him. He goes above and beyond to satisfy and get the deal done even on the impossible. I am very upset with the dealer and its upper management. 1. The starter needed replaced in less than 2 weeks of purchase. 2. I spent 2 days and lost over 5k in revenue as the truck was purchased for business. 3. When I came to pick the vehicle up an after market starter was placed on it and it sounded like a train. 4. The manager assured us we wouldn't have to wait a second day just an hour, he left and dropped the ball and the part didn't get picked up until 8 hours later. 5. I purchased a truck for over 35k and was given a truck on empty no gas and told they are only allowed to put 20.00 worth of gas in a new car. By far the worst experience ever in my LIFEEEEEE!!!!! Where do I start?? I can’t type much but let’s just say. This is a terrible experience, I got my car January 2021 , it’s July 2021 and they haven’t done anything that was promised. I need oil changed and they had me on hold 3 different times up to 15 min and hung up. then I called back to speak to someone else that could help and they gave me a non working number. It’s very frustrating. So my Bf finally gets through to make an appointment for me , then they call me back telling me they are full that day & i’d have to call back to reschedule. I don’t understand. They act like because they aren’t responsible for my car sale , then they can’t help me. So I continue to get the run around every time I deal with them. Management isn’t any help. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend. More
