BUYERS BEWARE if you're do a refund from this company. My son put $4000 down for a truck. They would not release the truck until funds from the lender were secured. They received all the money and sold the t son put $4000 down for a truck. They would not release the truck until funds from the lender were secured. They received all the money and sold the truck. This started August 4th. The dealership has yet to send the $40,000 back to the lender. My son has to make a payment on a truck that he doesn't have. He is not the first. I found this out after going to the Better Business Bureau. Update: Money has been returned to USAA. Thanks Jennifer at the corporate office. All of this could have been avoided with a little communication. More
