BUYERS BEWARE if you're do a refund from this company. My son put $4000 down for a truck. They would not release the truck until funds from the lender were secured. This started August 4th. The dealership has yet to send the $40,000 back to the lender. My son has to make a payment on a truck that he doesn't have. He is not the first. I found this out after going to the Better Business Bureau. Update: Money has been returned to USAA. Thanks Jennifer at the corporate office. All of this could have been avoided with a little communication. More
