Most difficult auto purchase ever experienced. The front end of my purchase, booking a time to test drive the vehicle was fine, DeJuan was super friendly, but the positive stops there. Charges were added which I did not agree too or informed about and didn't notice until after going through paperwork, saying it was non-negotiable, which I later saw dropped. Two months later, still no title or registration, though the temporary registration was extended so we can drive the vehicle. I have contacted the dealership at least a dozen times (most of the time not receiving responses). They mailed my registration paperwork to the DMV, and expected me to call the state DMV to track down my paperwork somehow to register the vehicle. My time has been wasted and many times over again and this has been the most frustrating auto purchase I have ever experiences (previously purchased 4 other vehicles from dealership in my lifetime with no issues). My experience was great! I was helped by Fredrick he went above & beyond to get the car of my choice.
