My experience was great! I was helped by Fredrick he went above & beyond to get the car of my choice. The store has a club like atmosphere, music was loud. Hard to hear sales rep had to relocated to back office. I mentioned to more than one person. Sales manager agreed on price and terms of course after going through financing it was quite a bit more 5k. The whole process was extremely confusing, as the sales rep and manager kept going back and forth. I got the car I wanted but it cost me. I would recommend a more business like environment, where a person can think clearly to make a decision. More
