Cannot for the life of me figure out why the selling price listed on my contract is $3,127 higher than the listed price. On top of that, I was told the warranty would be $4000 by finance, yet it is $490 price listed on my contract is $3,127 higher than the listed price. I'm also not sure why there is a Customer Service Pack fee on my contract, as NO detailing was done to the truck before I left the dealership. I had made it extremely clear with the salesperson that no extras such as this were needed. The salesperson, while polite, had to be corrected several times when figuring price. Had no knowledge of the vehicle I bought, which is understandable, as it is not a typical vehicle for the dealership. When I got to finance, kept trying to add on things I clearly stated I didn't need. Guess they got one over on me by failing to mention the $699 OPTIONAL Customer Service Pack. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership and will be removing all advertising materials for ALM from the truck. I am not entertained. More

Most difficult auto purchase ever experienced. The front end of my purchase, booking a time to test drive the vehicle was fine, DeJuan was super friendly, but the positive stops there. Charges were added which I did not agree too or informed about and didn't notice until after going through paperwork, saying it was non-negotiable, which I later saw dropped. Two months later, still no title or registration, though the temporary registration was extended so we can drive the vehicle. I have contacted the dealership at least a dozen times (most of the time not receiving responses). They mailed my registration paperwork to the DMV, and expected me to call the state DMV to track down my paperwork somehow to register the vehicle. My time has been wasted and many times over again and this has been the most frustrating auto purchase I have ever experiences (previously purchased 4 other vehicles from dealership in my lifetime with no issues). More
