I got a SUV from this location. When I got the car I wanted to make sure it didn't break down in 2 weeks and me be stuck. Broke down after 2 weeks...warranty didn't cover anything, I'm gonna have to pay to get it out of the shop then turn around and make a car pmt. I am beyond upset. Tried for 3 days to speak to a manager! Been given the run around and even hung up on. Don't buy from them. More

Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve had. Sales guy, manager and finance guy all said different things regarding price, warranty, accepted payment methods, etc. Bought a work van from the Sales guy, manager and finance guy all said different things regarding price, warranty, accepted payment methods, etc. Bought a work van from them and the only reason I stuck it out and bought it is that they are so hard to find. The whole MotorTrend certification is a joke. They dont include it in the listing price. Turns out it is not optional. Every vehicle they sell goes through that MotorTrend inspection. So that means they tack on $2,500 on top of listing price and everything else and you cannot decline it. It’s not shown on the website or anywhere else. They don’t even follow the MotorTrend guidelines for the inspection. Every vehicle per MotorTrend is supposed to have oil and filter changed. I checked the oil and it hadn’t been changed. I told the salesman and he told the service manager and then came back and told me that they just weren’t going to do it. I could go on, but bottom line is that the whole thing felt like highway robbery. I wouldn’t have bought from them, but I had a vehicle die and needed a specific work van. Sucks for me More
