STAY AWAY from this dealership. They sold me a car with no vin number on 5/4/2023. I did not find out the car did not have a vin number till I went to trade the car in with another They sold me a car with no vin number on 5/4/2023. I did not find out the car did not have a vin number till I went to trade the car in with another dealership. That’s when I was told the car was previously stolen and has no vin number. I spoke to the general manager Jason at ALM. He kicked me out his office once I told him they knew the car did not have a vin number. They refused to take ownership of selling me a fraudulent car with no vin number. Now I am stuck with a car with no vin number. No dealership will touch the car. I am scared to drive the car because it has no vin number More

Terry Diskin is the one that gets zero stars he wasn't professional at all He was really slow. He kept losing his password he couldn't get into the computer. had gotten a car on a deal that was a good deal, called into the dealership almost a month after to be told that the first deal wasn’t right that they messed up, car was almost doubled in price and on the into the dealership almost a month after to be told that the first deal wasn’t right that they messed up, car was almost doubled in price and on the paperwork they had only put down that k gave a 2750 down payment when i put down 3k, was trading in a vehicle that came back with frame damage after a carfax done with another dealership, i let them i was going to consult with a lawyer about this since it doesn’t seem ethical or legal to come up with one contract then change your mind 1 week before the 1st payment and was responded with you can do whatever you want but either you leave or take the car. the 1st deal never went through, how can i leave the lot with the vehicle when the 1st deal never went through.
