Terry Diskin is the one that gets zero stars he wasn't professional at all He was really slow. He kept losing his password he couldn't get into the computer. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Val. She was warm and friendly. This is a real review from a customer that very unhappy about a purchase I made last month. If ur not able to afford repair work after your purchase RUN… They falsely advertise that there lot is a certifie about a purchase I made last month. If ur not able to afford repair work after your purchase RUN… They falsely advertise that there lot is a certified dealer in which they operate as a buy hear pay here lot not standing behind their words so make sure you have the cameras rolling and a lawyer on stand by luckily my brother a lawyer. Check the odementor because the miles are not accurate either I have proof of that… They claimed to fix my vehicle only to break something else I have proof of that as well. The sales men are thirsty for a sale so they will tell you anything and the manager is the worst will look you straight In the face and pretend to have your best interest at hand … but they all have to work off commission so you know how that goes.. I felt a need to speak out about my experience because everyone not able to pay for repair work after purchasing a car. Every one don’t have the connections and money to take down a dealership like I’m in the process of doing with video recording proving that I was lied to and swindled out of my hard earned money by some cowards that will do anything for a dollar but still struggling. Go to a real certified dealer that specializes in the vehicle your purchasing because this dealership has shade tree mechanics only rigging the cars up to drive off the light I can’t wait to have my day in court with these cowards. And they wonder why God got them working in the sun while big boy sit behind the desk eating cake as to say we ripped off another customer let’s celebrate. More

had gotten a car on a deal that was a good deal, called into the dealership almost a month after to be told that the first deal wasn’t right that they messed up, car was almost doubled in price and on the into the dealership almost a month after to be told that the first deal wasn’t right that they messed up, car was almost doubled in price and on the paperwork they had only put down that k gave a 2750 down payment when i put down 3k, was trading in a vehicle that came back with frame damage after a carfax done with another dealership, i let them i was going to consult with a lawyer about this since it doesn’t seem ethical or legal to come up with one contract then change your mind 1 week before the 1st payment and was responded with you can do whatever you want but either you leave or take the car. the 1st deal never went through, how can i leave the lot with the vehicle when the 1st deal never went through. More

I got a SUV from this location. When I got the car I wanted to make sure it didn't break down in 2 weeks and me be stuck. I was assured it wld be covered under the extended warranty When I got the car I wanted to make sure it didn't break down in 2 weeks and me be stuck. I was assured it wld be covered under the extended warranty and I wld get a rental car if anything happened. I have been without a ride for going on 2 weeks. Broke down after 2 weeks...warranty didn't cover anything, I'm gonna have to pay to get it out of the shop then turn around and make a car pmt. I am beyond upset. Tried for 3 days to speak to a manager! Been given the run around and even hung up on. Don't buy from them. More
