ALM provided an excellent service for us. My car suffered from a recalled part that failed and was on backorder. KIA Corporate had no idea of when the part would be available. This is the second time having my car serviced at this location, both times my car was kept for 2 weeks and the only way I was able to get any helpful information was to show my face ? because the commun location, both times my car was kept for 2 weeks and the only way I was able to get any helpful information was to show my face ? because the communication between the service manager, advisors, and the customer is very poor. My car was dropped off with a little under half a tank and I got it back on empty. I didn't even bother going back to say anything because I was already frustrated. More
