Service department I came in without having an appointment and I was treated like a queen. I explained the problem and was told that it should take about 30 minutes to 4 I came in without having an appointment and I was treated like a queen. I explained the problem and was told that it should take about 30 minutes to 45 minutes tops. They kept their promise. It was a very cold day and I was in and out within the promised time frame.
