Excellent!! "Excellent" given by a very tough customer! I avoid car dealerships at all costs. I found the car my wife wanted on ALM Kennesaw's website and viste "Excellent" given by a very tough customer! I avoid car dealerships at all costs. I found the car my wife wanted on ALM Kennesaw's website and visted the ALM Kennesaw dealership. It turned out to be a great experience, no hassle and easy process. They have a large inventory of quality vehicles to chose from. I bought her the car and I could not have been more pleased with my overall experience and would highly recommend ALM Kennesaw and Branson Burge to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car. More

ALM KENNESAW, GREAT SERVICE! I found a 2013 fully loaded Kia optima sxl online at ALM Kennesaw. After going to another car lot and they didn't have the cars I was interested in a I found a 2013 fully loaded Kia optima sxl online at ALM Kennesaw. After going to another car lot and they didn't have the cars I was interested in and then I found it, it wasn't in the price range. The sales person was sweet but never tried to work on lowering the price and the other I found online the salesman never returned my calls or let me knw the car was sold. I live an hour away from Kennesaw so i spoke with Oscar Bryant at ALM Kennesaw on the phone & he worked with me from beginning to end. I went the next day to test drive the car & it was beautiful. Due to me being on disability from 2 kidney transplants & breast cancer 2x & having tones of bills I'm currently trying to clear up my credit. Oscar did everything he cld do to get me the car I wanted & the payments. I got my car, and very happy with the service I received from ALM Kennesaw. More

Great Experience!!!! I just visited ALM Kennesaw yesterday after visiting a few other dealerships around the ATL area. I had been car searching for a while just because I I just visited ALM Kennesaw yesterday after visiting a few other dealerships around the ATL area. I had been car searching for a while just because I wanted to upgrade to a newer luxury vehicle. I'm glad I made that stop! I was seeking a Mercedes-Benz c250 with certain features, and a certain interior and exterior color! Oscar Bryant did a great job assisting me and making sure that I found the exact vehicle of my choice. After Oscar showed me other options and we looked around more on the lot I ended up leaving with a 2013 Mercedes-Benz c350 instead for an unbeatable price!!! After driving 3 hrs from South Carolina I'm so glad that I stopped at ALM Kennesaw and met Oscar Bryant! Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! More

My previous review gave recommendati My husband and I drove 6 hours to purchase a 2011 Ford F-250 that had only been at the dealership for a few days. My previous review gave recommendation to this dealership based on my review I gave within 48 hours after purchasing the vehicle. Now that it has been 2 weeks and I have had NUMEROUS issues with the truck, I am retracting my recommendation. Exactly 1 week after purchasing the vehicle, my husbands check engine light came on when he was driving home from work. We had it inspected and the code given was to the reductant heater with the DEF. Upon purchasing the we spoke to the technician who told us the only thing he did to the truck was replace the DEF heater. Since my husband and I have only owned fords we know how reliable they are, therefore we did not purchase the warranty. I had to call the dealership and get a copy of the invoice of the product they replaced in the truck, which was an after-market product. Then I called the company they purchased it from, which were extremely rude. All they kept telling me was they couldn't work with me because I did not purchase the product, so I had to go through the dealership. After getting the run-around my husband I decided to purchase the stick product and replace it at our own expense. Then, upon purchasing the truck we noticed the under carriage had a lot of rust. We knew that it would have to be sandblasted and sealed if we wanted it to last. We also noticed that it looked like someone had tried to peel off the 4x4 stick on the bed of the truck. We bought the stickers for $40 and brought the truck to a paint and body shop to have the under carriage done and the stickers replaced. The body shop called us and told us the truck had been in an accident. We thought they were just trying to get more money from us because we saw the carfax and it did not have any accidents reported. We went back and picked up the truck before they did any work and brought to another place that we have worked with before with our work vehicles. AGAIN, they called us and said there had been some type of damage to both sides of the bed of the truck. He said he was starting on the stickers before the under carriage and went to peel off the already peeling sticker only to find bare paint under it. He said someone did the clear coat over the stickers. We called our local ford and spoke to the service manager who assured us, Ford would NEVER do that. We are now stuck with fixing that issue as well. The dealership would not have know this had happen since the carfax didn't show any accidents reported, but I spoke with Hal, and asked him if they inspect the vehicles before they purchase them. He said a lot of them are bought at an auction and are not inspected. I SUGGEST YOU BRING THE VEHICLE TO A PLACE OF YOUR CHOICE AND HAVE IT THOROULY INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY IT. I feel like I have been cheated and lied to. I paid cash for the vehicle, had to put additional money to get the technical issue fixed and now have to put additional money to get the paint fixed. Good luck on your purchase, I hope it's better than mine. More
