The car detail was a little lacking, in that it looked like it was just washed on the outside and the plastic was removed. The back plastic was still in my vehicle and had to be removed by me. ALM kENNESAW was the first place I called and Mr. Oscar answered the phone with an exhilarating attitude. I told him I wanted the Lexus IS 250 ALL WHITE with tented windows and peanut butter interior, the same one I seen online. Mr. Oscar told me he would call me right back as soon as he found the car. He called me within the next 5 minutes and insured me that I would get exactly what I wanted. He sent me images of the car I wanted and I was in love. I made an appointment that day and bought the car the same day. After the test drive he was persistent on making sure I got what I came for and the payments and interest rates I was comfortable with. He didn't try to sale me anything else or try to persuade me to do anything I didn't want to do. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Oscar had genuine, authentic, and honest existence about him. Lots of dealerships between us and ALM but we just had to drive and check this one out. After driving 3.5 hours from Thorsby,Al. to test drive the car we knew this was the one! Love the car, love the dealership, love the price and love our very caring salesman.
