Drove a long way and it was worth it I found the truck I liked online and called ALM for more information. My wife and I made the 8 hour drive from St. Petersburg FL to Kennesaw GA. I was in constant contact with Oscar the whole time either through text or telephone ( which was good because of Atlanta traffic). When we arrived there, Oscar had the truck set aside for us so that no one else would be able to try to purchase it. After a test drive I was sold. The great communication, great price ( I could not find the same truck in Florida), and overall great experience is why I give ALM and especially Oscar 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others when making their next car or truck purchase. Thanks again More

Wonderful Experience We stopped in to see a Lexus RX300 that had just arrived. We saw it from the website. Hal and Mo made sure that we were ok on the way to the dealership and checked on us from time to time. This is not behavior from your average dealership because "ALM" is NOT your average dealership! These guys are AWESOME! Mo took GREAT care of us when we finally arrived that evening. We couldn't make up our mind on what decision to make and Mo was so patient with us and he stayed late just to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was shopping online within car gurus for a Range Rover sport - the dealerships contacted my email without a follow up - but when Sergio Lopes called I was shopping online within car gurus for a Range Rover sport - the dealerships contacted my email without a follow up - but when Sergio Lopes called from ALM I knew he meant business! Although car gurus had no pictures of the vehicle, Sergio took time to take pictures and sent them to me - he then followed up to see how best he could assit me since I wanted to finance. He invited me over and in less than 2 hours I was driving out of the lot with my Range Rover sport!! Thanks Sergio - keep it up and I'm sure you might become the best at what you do! All were smiles when we came to the dealership, all 3 times. When the deal was finalized, the person who handled the paperwork process at the end was rushing us out of there. As I was looking through the papers we signed, he pulled out his car keys placed them on his desk, shut down his computer all while we were still in his office. While, we know it was late and "closing" time, the customer experience could have ended a little better. Overall I would recommend this ALM location! More

Great Experience I knew what car I wanted but had not had the opportunity to drive one as I could not find one for sale in SC. ALM had 3 on their lot in Kennesaw, I called and talked to Branson Burge better known as "Mo". He was very helpful and friendly but not pushy at all. He told us if we didn't like one of the 3 cars he had, he could pull one from 4 other lots. So, it made sense to drive 2 hours to purchase my car because I would have choices. To make a long story short...we enjoyed our experience very much! More
