Outstanding! After a pretty thorough search for a 2013 Acura MDX in our price range, we narrowed it down to two; one at a dealership much closer to our home in Dec After a pretty thorough search for a 2013 Acura MDX in our price range, we narrowed it down to two; one at a dealership much closer to our home in Decatur and the other at ALM. Long story short, we decided on ALM based on the vehicle, the deal, and Oscar. From early on in our search, Oscar stood out from all the other salesmen, as he was always genuine, kind, and patient; he never once harassed us. After test driving the MDX, we were ready to sign the paperwork. The process was very simple and moved fairly quickly, considering we had two small, antsy children. Not only did Oscar get us a great deal and rate, he gave us a brand new set of tires at no additional cost. On top of all that, he made sure our kids were happy and well taken care of. By far the best customer service we have ever experienced! In all, I would highly recommend ALM Kennesaw, especially Oscar Bryant! We will definitely be doing business here again. However, I feel compelled to give back just this once in hopes of helping my fellow car shopper make a better decision. My story is simply. I live in Ohio & found the perfect used car match at a dealership in Atlanta, Georgia. Having done this before, I knew the risk that one accepts when negotiating on a car sight-unseen. Of course, you are not obligated to buy the car but the hassle of flying 800 miles away only to be disappointed is just that….a hassle. So, not only did I take a hard look at ALM as a dealership but also at the sales associate I wanted to work with. Before calling the dealership for the first time, I spent time looking for the best fit for me. I read every review & knew that Oscar Bryant was my best bet. In the end, Oscar went above & beyond my expectations. It is the simple things, when Oscar tells you he is going to do something…he does it. When he says he will call you back in 10 minutes, he means it. In the end, I put Oscar through a heavy regiment of tasks & action items. He delivered on time & with the information I needed. He is the only sales associate that one should call when looking at an ALM car . If nothing else sways you, Oscar was even thoughtful enough to call that night well after hours to make certain I made it back safely to Ohio from Atlanta. Oscar is the real deal friends. More
