I had a preapproval from my credit union at an ok rate. They asked if They could get me a better rate, would i be willing to finance through them. I said i'd hear what they had to say. They cine back 20 minutes later to tell me that my credit was bad, but was able to "convince" their bank to finance at a rate 3pts higher than what I was slready approved for. Keep in mind, i was approved by the credit union for $25k. Didn't want to soend more than that. At the same time, I was approved for $175k home loan. And my credit was bad? After being surrounded with papers shoved in my face and being told to hurry and sign, I shut it down and told them i'd be back in an hour. They called 5 times dropping the monthly payment. I went to credit union and they figured with my down payment, the monthly payment offered, and the 9.9% interest rate(remember mine was at 6.99%) I would've been making payments for 10yrs! The last straw was, after deciding to put a little more down payment and go through the credit union as I planned I got one more ohone call. I was two minutes away and was ready to purchase. The salesman called and sounded angry, said he "thought I was there to buy a truck", and "he was trying to make a living" in a very rude manner. I turned around right there. Since then I've received FOUR notices in the mail from different financial institutions stating they ran my credit from ALM. They never informed me it would be run that many times. Maybe that's what you get if you don't buy there. Repeated hits on your credit. All thst said, there IS a nice selection of reasonably priced vehicles. But DO NOT FINANCE THRIUGH THEM!! Pay outright or get a loan through your own bank. And DO NOT let them try and "offer" a better deal. Whatever your bank tells you will be your best bet. If they still had that truck and knocked $10k off the sticker price, i'd still never buy snything from them..... More

He was super patient and has a no-pressure approach. We looked at a couple different cars. We decided on the Lexus, and I could not be happier. The whole ALM team was great. Financing was very straightforward, and Mark Burton was super nice with all the paperwork. I will definitely go back to ALM for future purchases. Their focus on the customer is fantastic. Tonya H. He took us straight to VENZA and during the test drive he answered all the questions we had about this car and other models. He is very knowledgeable. 2011 Chevy Camaro - No Pressure - Easy to deal I'm not a big fan of purchasing vehicles especially when the salespeople are pushy and try to sneak hidden costs in the final paperwork. This was not the case with ALM or at least my salesperson. I dealt with Russell "Moon" Mullins and there was no pressure. We came to a quick agreement on price and there were no hidden costs other than a typical dealer fee. He reduced the overall price to partially compensate. More

My wife and I visited ALM Kennesaw to test drive an SUV that we researched well in advance for and could not find in other locations. The vehicle drove well enough but a spotty Carfax record left us with some concerns regarding long term reliability. It was a hard to find car that we really wanted so we were emotionally conflicted due to the concerns. Rather than sell us on this car, which he easily could have, Anthony refused on the grounds that we wouldn't be 100% satisfied, which he was right about. Long story short, Anthony very patiently (on a hot Georgia day) found us another make and model that met all of our needs, was a newer model with more features, had less miles, came with a spotless Carfax record, and at a price that would not be matched. For the car we got, Anthony and his manager definitely had to do some gymnastics to meet our original budget and I am thankful to both of them for what they did to make us happy. In hindsight, working with Anthony Primavera and ALM Kennesaw didn't feel like I was at a used car dealership. It felt more like I was working with customer service reps for a product or service that I was already paying for. Good for them for giving used car dealerships a good name. These guys really did do an outstanding job and we will definitely return to Anthony Primavera for future purchases. More

Upon driv I was in the market for a new car and knew exactly what I wanted. I saw a car online at ALM Kennesaw and decided to go give it a test drive. Upon driving up to the dealership Oscar met my daughter and I in the parking area and greeted us. I told him that I was looking for a specific car I saw on their website and he took me right to it. We took it for a test drive and drove it home later that evening. Oscar was most helpful in the purchase of my vehicle along with the finance manager. They got me at the price point I needed to be at and also a great finance rate. I would highly recommend Oscar and his staff for the next purchase of your vehicle. More
Best experience buying a car We live in South Carolina and I was hesitant to buy a car from so far away. This was also our first used car that we have ever bought. In the past, we bought new from local dealerships. In my line of work, i have heard horror stories of people buying lemons first hand. With a used car..you take that risk as you are buying as is. We wanted a Toyota Sequoia for our family. We went to a local Toyota dealership. Salesperson knew nothing about the vehicle and not only would they not come down in price, they were tacking things on price left and right. Contacted this dealership through USAA car buying service. Was reassured that they were a certified dealer per USAA. Oscar Bryant called me within 10 minutes. He was willing to give me a trade in value estimate prior to coming to lot. When he did not have that information within two hours he called me back and explained he was working on it. I contacted on a Saturday so it obviously is their busiest day. It was nice he called to let me know he had not forgotten about me. Gave me his cell phone number and was honest and upfront whole time. Scheduled to come in on Sunday (later found out this was his day off) bc of distance and our 2 young kids were able to be watched by their grandparents. Knowledgeable about car, trade in value went up after seeing car (not a trick to get on lot) and no tacking on things here and there. He took time to help sync phone to car after sale was final and then texted us that evening to make sure got home ok. Highly recommend. More
