Oil change and tires checked for excess wear of rear tires. I am not happy that I had to replace rear tires after having just purchase set of tires from Thornton Road Hyundai. I originally went to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth and they tried to charge me $150 I really appreciate Thornton Hyundai. They are honest and wonderful! I originally went to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth and they tried to charge me $150 even though my car's engine is still under warranty. When I came to Thornton Road Hyundai, they were nice, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I highly recommend this dealership!! More
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & LACK OF CONCERS FOR YOU TRUE REVIEW not some make up review to make Hyundai look good. My car has been in the shop since Nov 2016 due to a recall on engine. Stated 3-6 m TRUE REVIEW not some make up review to make Hyundai look good. My car has been in the shop since Nov 2016 due to a recall on engine. Stated 3-6 months before ready. Its Feb 2017, not ready yet. Not too upset with that as much as I am with the customer service that has been given by Hyundai. You get no phone calls back or any communication unless they want something from you. Hyundai is getting rid of their loaner car program and working directly with Hertz (NOT Enterprise). Hertz makes you do a deposit when the loaner program didn't. Hertz will give you a car that looks like its all beat and scratched up along with nasty stained seats. Hertz has poorly customer service and not very professional, and this is where Hyundai wants to send their customers now. I will never recommend Thornton Road Hyundai to anyone. More
