As always Ms. Williams in service is amazing she is the only one I will go to when it comes to my car needing repairs. I have always been a Toyota person due to the customer service, but Ms. Williams takes time to explain the why when my car needs service. My car has not been serviced by anyone outside of Hyundai West. The break down of cost is always provided. More

Had a coupon for oil and filter change with tire rotation for $79. I had not been notified of name change before my appointment. They would not accept the coupon. Was told while waiting they would accept the coupon but when I went to pay they didn’t and said if I wanted my tires rotated that I would have to pay $20 more dollars. More

Everyone so nice! ! They went above and beyond to help me this last visit and installed my wipers that I had bought and couldn’t install myself! I am so appreciative ! I recently visited the Hyundai dealership on Thornton Rd, now under the management of ALM, and I was utterly appalled by the state of the place. The sitting area is absolutely repulsive – neglected. To make now under the management of ALM, and I was utterly appalled by the state of the place. The sitting area is absolutely repulsive – neglected. To make matters worse, the Starbucks machine they acquired is still broken, which speaks volumes about their lack of attention to customer amenities. The employees’ attitudes were equally disappointing. They walked around disgruntled and lacked any enthusiasm unless you were in the process of making a major purchase. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I will never recommend or send anybody to any ALM dealership. My experience was so negative that I felt compelled to warn others. Steer clear if you value your time and want a pleasant car-buying or servicing experience. More
