Mr. Dean Wittmire was the service rep who took care of my car's service. He made sure I was going to get the service my car needed along with a recall problem. They had my car for two months to fix a check engine light, they had no clue what they were doing, could never get in touch with anyone there unless I physically drove to the store. Check engine light c light, they had no clue what they were doing, could never get in touch with anyone there unless I physically drove to the store. Check engine light comes back on about 2 months later saying the same thing bad o2 sensor, I drive up there because the parts are still under warranty and they won't do anything about it except try to sell me a 4 year older car for 5k more than I bought mine for. Won't be going back, won't recommend, and I won't give ANY AutoNation business after all this craziness More
