I have used AutoNation for repairs on my 15 passenger van and the service provided by Nick, twice. Each time Nick was helpful and ensured I received great service. I brought my car in for service December 2022. It needed a new transmission control module, which apparently was on backorder and would take a while to come in. Months pass by with no communication, so I call at various points and never hear back. Finally I decided to buy a new car since this wouldn't be resolved quickly. I get a voicemail from them last week AFTER 6 MONTHS, where they tell me that they haven't heard back from me and will close out the ticket and tow my car away if I don't respond by the end of the week. I HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM IN 6 MONTHS. I ended up selling the car to a private party instead, just to have this saga come to an end. Please think twice before bringing your car here for service or buying from this dealership. If this is how they treat Ford customers, I'm sure you can find better service elsewhere. More
I can’t speak highly enough about AutoNation Ford Marietta. These guys are genuinely compassionate for people. I broke down while traveling on vacation from Minnesota on a Sunday afternoon. I was ab Marietta. These guys are genuinely compassionate for people. I broke down while traveling on vacation from Minnesota on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to limp my truck into the dealership while pulling my camper. First thing Monday morning they started on my truck even though they had a three day backlog at the time. They took into consideration the situation I was in and allowed me to leave the camper parked in the lot while they diagnosed the truck. The tech got my truck running so I could pull my camper to a campground since I had a two day wait for a part that was ordered. Repairs was made on that following Thursday and then I was homeward bound. Truck is running AWESOME! My service advisor Tyler Carr is as genuine as they come, and I highly respect that he is honest and transparent. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will eagerly seek the answer. The technician Matt Tatum was very transparent and honest as well. He was able to diagnose my truck and get to the root of the problem with ease. My appreciation for both Tyler and Matt is that they could have sold me a bunch of parts that I did not need. They made their recommendation and let me decide on what I wanted to do. Recommendations like just fixing the part to get back on the road or doing a little preventative maintenance while they are there. They could have just sold me parts with total disregard to my financial situation. I appreciate this honesty and transparency. Still can’t thank these guys enough!!!! More
Once again…I dropped my car off Tuesday, 5/23/23 to have the oil changed, general service and check out the breaks as they were making a strange noise. I left a voicemail with the service associate and have not had a reply. I called the central number, was routed to the service call center and they could not get anyone from service to respond. I have now left 2 messages with the primary service contact and the service manager and heard nothing back! They may know how to service cars but they are clueless when it comes to customer service…The part that matters most!!! More
