David in the Service Depart was great. He stayed in constant contact with me the whole time they had my car, which is very rare. I live on the opposite side of town and choose to go to this dealership for service because of their responsiveness and customer service. I have been told by other dealerships that it would be 2 weeks before they can even look at my car but not this dealer. They've said it might be 3-5 days for them to diagnose an issue and have consistently completed them in 24 hours or less. I will be in the market for a new car next year, and I will say the service department at AutoNation Ford Marietta is helping me make a decision on who I choose to purchase from. More
