Ignored Went to to check on a problem of painting peeling off my 2015 Expedition. No greeter when I arrived and stood around for about 10 mins before a Service Rep offered to help. She looked at my paint and said I needed to talk to "Kevin" and pointed me to an empty cubicle. Waited another 10 to 15 min and no one showed up. Asked once employees walking by if he knew where Kevin was and he just ignored me. Asked a second employee the same and he just shrugged his shoulders. I just gave up and left. I have been to AutoNation Ford twice before for service and both of those times the "greeting" or lack thereof was about the same. But this time, I just got tired of waiting and left. More
Update! General Manager, we never asked you to give us nothing for free! We always service our car there! Why would you want us to have a junk yard engine in our 2008 Ford Taurus with NOT 100,000 miles on it! I know somewhere something went wrong there! This is the second ford we got with the motor going out. My husband is disable and he needs his car to get to the doctors. But what do you care! We only want to be treated with understanding and fairness! Our car had NO problems til the brake work! You can look at our car and see how well we keep it up! You can see in our history of service there that we serviced our car properly! How would you feel if it was done to you! Now you WILL NOT even call him! I wish we would have went to another dealership! A NEW ENGINE WITH 100,000 miles! Really? And you want to give us a junkyard engine then be back in another week maybe next day! IF THIS CAN HAPPENED TO US IT CAN HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE! What about my family? I THOUGHT you care....... More
Unpleased with how I was treated Dear future Car buyer, If you are considering purchasing a new vehicle at Autonation I would advise you not to do so. After buying a vehicle through Dear future Car buyer, If you are considering purchasing a new vehicle at Autonation I would advise you not to do so. After buying a vehicle through them and having numerous issues with the vehicle they refuse to acknowledge my situation. Their advice was simply tow the vehicle (at my expense of course) to their service department. After towing the vehicle the service department called me to ask what the problem was. They eventually made it out like I had no idea how to properly start a car and that the vehicle had no issues. I took the vehicle back home and shortly after the issue occurred again. So, I took the vehicle back to the service department and had them keep it for over a month. Again, they found that there was no issue with the vehicle. Then after having the vehicle back for a short period of time the problem occurred again. This time I took video evidence documenting my no start problem and demonstrating the vehicle had fuel and was being started properly. Autonation decided the only thing they could offer would be to put me into a more expensive vehicle or a cheaper vehicle since they can not find the issue. However, despite their attempt at “helping me” they waited until I was out of their 3 month warranty, I was not able to drive to work and towing the vehicle on numerous occasions. I strongly recommend buying from another dealership that will acknowledge when they have sold a lemon. Avoid the hassle that I have been plagued with and shop at a more reputable dealership. More

I've bought several cars at this dealership. Those experiences were fine even though I cannot remember the name of the person that sold me the car. However, the name I continue to remember is Gary Ba experiences were fine even though I cannot remember the name of the person that sold me the car. However, the name I continue to remember is Gary Baxter. As I take my vehicles to the dealership for regular service, I've dealt with this guy for over 7 years. He has never forgotten my name. Always friendly. When there was a serious problem, he always had an answer. Returns phone calls..... Team Ford ought to be proud to have him! More

I have owned four new Ford Explorers over the past 11 years and worked with dealers from Georgia to California. Everyone makes mistakes. However, a true test for quality customer service is how mistakes are corrected and how the customer feels when they leave the dealership. I cannot say enough about Team Ford. A misplaced part caused me to wait an extra hour or so at the dealership. The service manager quickly solved the problem, and had me on my way within 30 minutes. The entire team apologized for the error and took the extra time to detail my vehicle without me requesting this service. I will definitely purchase my fifth Ford Explorer from Team Ford. It is easy to provide routine service when there are no problems. Problems, however, usually leave everyone with a bad feeling – especially the customer. Team Ford went the extra mile to correct a mistake and earn my trust again. It was important to Team Ford that I remain a Ford customer. It is now important to me that I support their dealership. Way to go Team Ford – you are the best! More
I had an unfortunate incident while traveling on the highway. A vehicle in front of me ran over a large piece of tire tread from a semi-truck and hurled it into the air towards me as I was traveling beh highway. A vehicle in front of me ran over a large piece of tire tread from a semi-truck and hurled it into the air towards me as I was traveling behind this vehicle. As the tire tread flew up into the air in my direction it ripped my driver's side view mirror off the door without causing other damages to my vehicle. I was in need of emergency repair to replace my mirror. I work a few miles from the dealership so I decided to go on my lunch hour to see if they could help me. I was pleased that they could order the part but pleasantly surprised that they could have it and do the work on a saturday. Ruby Savoie, Service Advisor was receptive and very professional when I entered the dealership offering to help immediately as I was also scheduled to be at work the same day. Not realizing the mirror cover had to be painted, Billy Sharp, Service Manager offered to have this taken care of for me and agree to schedule a time for me to come in and have it snapped on so I could just drive away. I really appreciate professional and courtesy customer service as was given to me by the staff at Team Ford of Marietta and wanted to take the time to so noted. Thank You!!! More
