Historically, the service department has been slow, with check in and out being the main hassle as I had to go searching by for a service advisor willing to do their job. I took my car in for an oil change and to have the transmission checked. It took almost two weeks. No feedback from anyone. I kept calling to check the status. My service advisor was out for a co transmission checked. It took almost two weeks. No feedback from anyone. I kept calling to check the status. My service advisor was out for a couple of days and I never received a call back. I have always had good service and used them for 11 years on multiple vehicles. This is my last time. The service department has declined over the past two years. More
