I bought the car brand new with an extended warranty for up to 100,000 miles. unfortunately the car has had so many issues, only eight months after the car was bought, they had to change a lot of parts of up to 100,000 miles. unfortunately the car has had so many issues, only eight months after the car was bought, they had to change a lot of parts of the suspension on the right side because it was making a weird noise, it took them more than month to figured out what the car had, this just to mention one of the several times I had to take the car to the dealership to get something fixed. I am writing this review to bring to your attention as a customer to think more than twice before you buy a car with FORD even if you buy an extended warranty; and also to the management team to be more careful with who you hired as a service advisor. I took the car to FORD dealership because again had a noise on the wheel on the left side when parking the car, the noise does not happen all the time, the car was received by service advisor Ruben Hernandez, which from the beginning had an actitud that did not let me talk or explain because it seems like he knows more than anybody, or it’s just difficult for him to listen. the service advisor did not called me, email me, text me to let me know what the status of the car was, I had to called and leave several messages two weeks after I dropped the car, finally when he return my calls, again with an actitud; he said that the car was not ready and that they perform three recalls and he was waiting for the warranty to be approved, it took three weeks to supposedly fixed the car, well! I pick up the car after three weeks to find out that it was only one recall done, not three like the service advisor said, and when I arrived home, the car has exactly the same noise when turning the wheel. I paid the 100 dollars for the deductible and the service advisor gave me the papers of what it was changed and fixed on the car. I called immediately the service advisor and leave a message and next day I drop the car again, one more time when I was trying to explain to him about the noise, he as usual interrupt me and did not let me talk. two weeks later he called me to asked me exactly what was wrong with the car, he said that they have been putting some miles on the car when in the first place I was trying to tell him that it was not about putting miles on the car, it was when the car was about to be park that made the noise on the wheel. Today after two weeks I decided to pick up the car, because my wife and I cannot afford to be without the car for such a long time. When I asked him who was going to paid for the Lyft service that I had to take for 5 weeks, he said that he never mentioned that, he turn his back on me and left his office. He told me I was going to get reimburse for the Uber or Lyft that I used, all that I needed was to bring the receipts. after 5 weeks the car was not fix and I did not get reimburse for the transportation that I had to used. I had to clean the car in the dealership and recorded a video with all the trash that it was inside the car. It is totally unacceptable that a dealership like FORD hired this kind of unprofessional and unprepared service advisor. More

The car needed a service, a new rear tyre, a recall and a new rear light cluster - after a week of not knowing when the car would be returned I had to collect the car but neither the recall or the new rear l new rear light cluster - after a week of not knowing when the car would be returned I had to collect the car but neither the recall or the new rear light cluster had been fixed - if I hadn’t collected it I had no idea or information from the service dept when it would be ready - I’m still waiting to hear when i will be able to get the work finished. I made an appt online and left my car for the day to be serviced, assuming it would be completed that day. After contacting the dealership at 4pm, my car was still waiting in line. (Even though the website noted service could take 3-5 days, nothing was mentioned when I dropped my car off.) I again assumed making an appt meant I would get service that day. While the backlog of vehicles is understandable, it should be communicated when a vehicle is dropped off for service there could be a delay. When I complained, both the service writer and manager were extremely cavalier regarding my dissatisfaction and showed a complete lack of customer service. My vehicle is 2014 and has been serviced there since it was purchased. No one was the least bit concerned about retaining my business after being a customer for 8 years. While I have generally had good service in the past, I will not use this dealership again. More
My service advisor Dean Whitmire was outstanding. He conversed with the service department about the advised added service to my Mustang's 35,000 mile service, having just turned 7 years-old. But had it completed and ready-to-go in 1 hour. Thank you. Dean recognizing my Veteran license plate, sparked a healthy conversation about our common interest in politics & the Navy. He was helpful in giving me an honorable military discount. Thank you. I work at Lockheed Martin, just around the corner from the dealership. My past service appointments sometimes meant that I had to leave my Mustang for the day. Their shuttle service in the morning back to work, and then picking me up at the end of my work day, to take my Mustang home, was outstanding. Thank you. More

They want me to leave it there for two weeks before they even start to look at vehicle. FORD will not pay anything towards a rental. This is ridiculous. I want to make an appointment and bring in 1 day before the technician will be able to start. THIS IS NOT AN OPTION! Why does FORD REQUIRE THIS?! More
