The only thing l didn't like was. got the extended warranty when I bought my car and l was not told that lt ran consecutiv what it cost me up front. I discovered that having an appointment for service doesn't really mean anything. I dropped off my car the night before my 9 AM appt. and at 11:30 AM the next day I received emails and texts asking if doesn't really mean anything. I dropped off my car the night before my 9 AM appt. and at 11:30 AM the next day I received emails and texts asking if I needed to reschedule my appt. When I called the service dept. to find out if my car was there (or if it had somehow disappeared overnight), they couldn't tell me whether or not my car was even there. Finally after another call later that day, I was told the car was there and I would hear from them when diagnostics were done. When I still hadn't heard anything the next day (and a couple of calls later), I found out that the car was stil in line to be looked at and the diagnostics had not even started. I am giving two stars because once they actually started looking at the car, it did not take long to get it repaired. It was a warranty repair and there was no charge. I do not understand why a service department would make appointments for specific days when they do not have the personnel / bandwidth to actually work on the car that day. More
