Autonation Ford has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. I purchased my vehicle at the autonation Volkswagen in buford near my home. I was suckered into the maintenence package and promised the experience. I purchased my vehicle at the autonation Volkswagen in buford near my home. I was suckered into the maintenence package and promised the dealership could service my F-250. Come my first service appointment I'm told that's not possible due to their lifts being too small so was forced to drive over an hour to Marietta. I had maybe 4 or 5 services done there. After my first service the tech failed to reinstall the engine oil cap. Nowhere to be found so I was left to purchase a new one on my own. When I called autonation Ford Marietta to inform them they basically said, "good job". My next couple of services were your basic 5+ hour wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After my LAST service I noticed my oil pan leaking oil so I checked it out only to find my drain plug spinning almost freely in its place. I paid to have my vehicle towed to Mall of GA Ford to have it inspected only to find out that the oil pan drain plug had been overtightened and stripped resulting in me having to replace the entire drain pan. A cool $600 job. After me calling the service department attempting to speak with a manager EVERYDAY for 2 weeks to no avail I finally gave up. I still have several prepaid service appointments on my service plan but will NEVER bring my vehicle back to that shop. The service manager should be ashamed of himself and his techs. If I could give that place negative 5 stars I would. More
Company just doesn't do anything extra. You ask for an oil change and tire rotation, you get an oil change and tire rotation. But what if the car needed more? What if a reverse light was out? As it stands, I can't even say with assurance that the tires were actually rotated and the oil was changed. If you want me to have an amazing experience, You're going to have to do more. More

We had our Escape in for service at this location. The problem was with the EVAP system. It was dropped off Saturday with the expectation it would be looked at on Monday. It was not looked at until Wednesday and wasn't ready to be picked up until Friday afternoon. Communication was very poor and we had to call multiple times per day just to reach a person and find out what progress had been made. When we finally got the vehicle back we realized, in the pouring rain, that the wipers had been put on the car incorrectly. Upon fixing them we realized that our engine cover was missing, as well as the bolt covers for the wipers. We have put in multiple calls for several days now about this issue but the missing pieces of car have still not been located or returned to us. The level of customer service has been abysmal. This has been a terrible experience and I would never return to this location for any needed repairs. More
