My service advisor, Dean Whitmire, again, was outstanding. I changed my 4 tires purchase brand 2 days before delivery & scheduled install, with Dave Howard. He forwarded the information the ne outstanding. I changed my 4 tires purchase brand 2 days before delivery & scheduled install, with Dave Howard. He forwarded the information the next day to Dean. Dean called me first thing Saturday morning that my new tires were there, ready to installed. When I arrived, he had my Mustang in the service department immediately. My new tires were installed & aligned in less than 2 hours. Another outstanding service appointment with AutoNation Ford Marietta. Thank you. More

Brought my car in for a recall after waiting two years for parts and a call back from another dealers service department(and I called them multiple times) . Had appointment — it was meaningless! Had to finally ‘free’ my car when an issue came up on the second car. Work was never close to being completed, or started.
