Long time patron of Marietta Ford/AutoNation for both personal and professional. I recently had my personal vehicle in with a scheduled appointment for a recall which is about a 30-60 minute repair and l personal and professional. I recently had my personal vehicle in with a scheduled appointment for a recall which is about a 30-60 minute repair and left the vehicle. 3 days is sat without the repair and the part was in stock. While disappointed I will continue to use their service department as onc service advisors incompetence doesn’t reflect the majority. The individual argued with as opposed to rectifying the main issue, unprofessional all the way around. My primary advisor was out of town. Going forward I’ll wait. More
