I took my Ford Expedition in for a tune up, I mention a light ticking noise to check out. Gary offered an engine teardown. They removed the cover values, instead of fixing the lifter that was making the no light ticking noise to check out. Gary offered an engine teardown. They removed the cover values, instead of fixing the lifter that was making the noise they wanted to get greedy and up-sale me on a remanufacture engine for $12,000. Which I refused. They charge $1,550 for doing nothing. I had to go to another honest mechanic to fix the lifters. Autonation Ford Marietta are shady in dealing with their customers please stay away. I’m writing corporate on this reckless behavior and treatment. And reporting this to the BBB. And going to the news media out. More
Service advisor, Ruben, stole the job from the one advisor I scheduled it with. Was very unresponsive and shady, wouldn’t answer the phone, only communicated through text and email - but very very slo advisor I scheduled it with. Service experience at this dealer was horrible. Service advisor was constantly confused about the oil change and fuel filter change.. Asked also for a transmission flush that didn’t happen. Kept my Service advisor was constantly confused about the oil change and fuel filter change.. Asked also for a transmission flush that didn’t happen. Kept my truck 4 days for what ended up being an oil change and fuel filter change. And I was charged 500.00 dollars for the oil and filter change. Will not use this dealer again or recommend them to anyone. Will discourage other from using this dealer also. More
My Maverick broke down on the way back home from vacation in Florida. I used the Ford app to get towed to this dealership. It was on a Sunday afternoon, I knew the shop was probably closed . Upon arrival I was welcomed by the sales staff , told where they could drop my vehicle. We found a room for the night and was offered a ride to the room by a wonderful sales lady named Lakia. On Monday morning , it was easy to communicate with the shop. They kept me informed via text as to the progress of the repair . They had it fixed by 6:30 that night . Overall a great maintenance department,and sales staff . If you live in the area or, want to drive a few miles to buy a car , ask for Lakia . She went above and beyond the expectation of a sales staff to offer us a ride to the motel . More

Dropped my car off at 0730 as scheduled. Around 1pm. I inquired as to its status. It hadnt been looked at. Then I received a text they checked it. They needed to order a part, but it was Around 1pm. Car tied up more than half the day with no repairs. Very disappointed. More
