Why would anyone purchase a vehicle from a Stealership that tries to charge its customers 24k over MSRP on a C8 Z06 when there are honest and ethical dealers out there offering new Z06's for 5K-10k under that tries to charge its customers 24k over MSRP on a C8 Z06 when there are honest and ethical dealers out there offering new Z06's for 5K-10k under MSRP. Even their own website shows this Z06 at 5K under sticker. Isn't that false advertising??? If you do decide to shop at ALM Chevrolet South make sure to ask for free lube with your purchase. I spent over 69K purchasing a new truck from ALM Chevrolet South. Vehicle shipped to me with a dent on drivers side, missing floor mats, and missing interior trim piece. I notified dealership of is Chevrolet South. Vehicle shipped to me with a dent on drivers side, missing floor mats, and missing interior trim piece. I notified dealership of issues immediately. Has been more than 6 weeks since delivery to me and still no resolution with any of these issues. Have texted and called dealership many times. Dealership told me that GM would send me floor mats/trim piece, which was not true once I contacted GM. The dealership is responsible for sending me these missing pieces and the dealership has been avoiding talking to me or sending these things. It is almost impossible to get ahold of manager or my salesperson ever since I sent money to them. When you call, you are told manager is not in, and get sent to voicemail, and no one ever calls you back. Once they have your money, there is no more customer service. I purchased a different vehicle at another dealership and never had any of these problems before. Overall, a very poor experience. I may amend this review if these problems ever get fixed. More
