Taken Advantage Of After waiting 4 weeks to get my $1800 extended warranty expiration date corrected which was their mistake,I had my undriveable 2012 Chrysler 200 to After waiting 4 weeks to get my $1800 extended warranty expiration date corrected which was their mistake,I had my undriveable 2012 Chrysler 200 towed for transmission repair. The service manager told me that he wouldn't do the warranty covered repair unless I allowed them to do the routine required maintenance of the transmission for $702 not including $100 deductible. I was quoted a price of $160 + tax from a reputable transmission repair business. Sincerely Jan More

rip-off dealer This place its a ripe off ,My family and i were on vacation from Fl and we ran into a problem with the alternator which needed to be replaced..We bro This place its a ripe off ,My family and i were on vacation from Fl and we ran into a problem with the alternator which needed to be replaced..We broke down right in front of Jeff Smith Chrysler Dodge in Perry GA,The service advisor told me i needed to come up with $1,250 to replace alternator and battery They were trying to take advantage of my situation which is bad karma for this business.I could not afford it but they still charged me $140 to diagnose the problem,Go figure another dealer ripping people off.But my sweet Lord never abandons me .We found a repair shop near by. Precision Tune Auto Care. on Russel Parkway ..Not only did they send a tow right away they also drove out with company car to pick my family up..and i was only charged half of what the dealer was charging me and they found that my battery was perfectly fine still.. I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care. on Russel Parkway to anyone who needs to have repairs done.Thanks to them we were able to continue on and enjoy our vacation... More

The present service manger is very, very racist, an I HAVE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF WORK DONE HERE..I RECENTLY HAD AN IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER AND NEW KEY MADE .MY CAR. STILL DOES NOT TURN ON BECAUSE THE I HAVE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF WORK DONE HERE..I RECENTLY HAD AN IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER AND NEW KEY MADE .MY CAR. STILL DOES NOT TURN ON BECAUSE THE CYLINDER GETS STUCK. IT WAS INSTALLED A MONTH.AGO.IT HAD A 2 YEAR WARRANTY. THE NEW SERVICE MANAGER SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY AND UTTERED A RACIAL SLUR. AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF HIS SHOP.DON'T USE OR BUY FROM THIS RACIST COMPANY. More
